Absolutely! We offer custom cake orders for any occasion. Just give us a call or send us a email through our website.
We recommend inquiring for your order at least 3 weeks prior to your order date. This will give us further time to discuss your options and different quotes. We ask that all specialty orders are finalized, and a deposit placed no later than 1 week prior to the date.
We do not recommend refrigeration for any of our specialty cakes unless previously specified for your specific order. We do not suggest refrigerating any cakes that are iced or decorated with fondant. Please note, we also do not recommend any icings, decorations, or fillings that require refrigeration on cakes with fondant pieces.
Yes. Delivery is available for any order. Please note, we require at least 48 hours notice for delivery orders. Delivery fees are based upon time and mileage round trip. Local (in the immediate area) delivery starts at $25.00.
Please note, we do require 2–3-hour delivery windows.
Return
Our desire is for each of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our bakery. If for some reason, you are unsatisfied, please contact the bakery immediately. The managers and owner will work together to resolve your situation in an individual and timely manner. Due to handcrafted nature of our products, there will not be a cash refund given. In some cases, we will offer to fix a mistake, replace a cake, or provide a gift certificate towards a future purchase.
Reschedule
We ask for at least 2 weeks notice for any rescheduling of orders. We cannot guarantee your new date will be available based on time and current order volume.
Cancellation
We do not offer refunds on cancellations within 7days of specialty orders.
All orders canceled within 2 weeks of the order are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.
Store credit will be given for all refunds.
